I’ve tried many products, but Pevonia Botanica’s Enzymo-Spherides Peel is an all-time favorite. I first experienced the peel as part of a Myoxy caviar facial at The Phoenician’s Centre for Well Being in Scottsdale, Arizona. The caviar treatment was superb (watch for that review soon) but the peel itself was what really made a difference. The enzymes (pineapple and papaya) are encapsulated in microsphérides, which go active as the cream is massaged into the skin with warm water, eliminating toxins and dead cells. Leave on for two minutes.
After rinsing, my skin was brighter, smoother and well cleansed. Yes, I sound like a commercial, but I actually ordered a jar the same day. It retails for $42 at www.pevonia.com, though I found a better deal by searching online.
For those who aren’t familiar with Pevonia Botanica, it’s an upscale natural skincare line founded in 1991. Celebrity fans include Mimi Rogers, Denise Richards, Sharon Stone and Nicole Miller.
